"Souan Nabeshima" is a small restaurant with 6 seats at the counter. The hermitage is a small building that was secluded thatched roof. The name includes the desire to be a place to entertain guests with elaborate taste without over-decorating.

You can face the chef at a solid bubinga wood counter and spend the best time with sake and cooking. And over the back, there is a backyard that retains the atmosphere of an old merchant house. Somehow nostalgic street breeze will bring comfort to a tipsy mood.

Menu courses change about every month and a half.

This is a creative course that the chef, who has studied at three-star Japanese restaurants in Tokyo, devised each dish using products from the mountains and seas of Saga and Kyushu.

Souan Nabeshima offers more than 20 types of sake "Nabeshima", including Nabeshima, which is limited to Auberge, which is not normally sold. And we propose Nabeshima, which is the best match for the dish. Please enjoy the dishes and vessels, and the "wonderfulness" of Nabeshima.

Luxury time to taste with all five senses

The sincere heart of the creator appears in the real thing. The chef visits the production area as much as possible to purchase ingredients. We sometimes accompany fishing and harvesting, and tell our customers about the episodes we learned there.

Saga Prefecture is known as a treasure trove of world-class ceramics such as Arita, Imari, and Karatsu. It is also fun to look at the "brilliance" of sake from the side.

Seats are given priority to guests staying at the hotel. (Maximum 4 guests)
Meals start at 17:00. If you arrive late, the number of dishes may decrease.
We do not accept children under the age of 13.
If you have allergies, please contact us by the day before. Please note that we cannot respond on the day of the event.
You can also purchase sake "Nabeshima". (Up to 3 bottles per person, Nabeshima that can be prepared varies depending on the season. Normally, Nabeshima is not sold at sake breweries.)
